Visiting Bogside

What are your hours?

We are open daily, year-round at both our Montague Brewery and Bogside Summerside locations.

Montague Brewery & Taproom

  • Sunday–Thursday: 11:30 AM – 9:00 PM
  • Friday–Saturday: 11:30 AM – 10:00 PM

Bogside Summerside

  • Sunday–Thursday: 11:30 AM – 9:00 PM
  • Friday–Saturday: 11:30 AM – Midnight

Bogside Glasgow

  • Open seasonally during the summer.
  • Daily from 11:30 AM – 8:00 PM.

Are kids allowed?

Yes. Children are welcome at all Bogside locations when accompanied by a parent or legal guardian unless it is a 19+ only event. Due to PEI liquor regulations, children must remain seated with their guardian and cannot participate in trivia or music bingo events.

Are dogs allowed?

We love dogs! Well-behaved, leashed dogs are welcome in outdoor areas including:

  • The Montague Beer Garden
  • The Bogside Summerside Patio
  • The Bogside Glasgow Beer Garden

Dogs are not permitted inside taprooms or covered patio spaces due to Health PEI regulations.

Certified service animals are always welcome indoors.

Are your locations wheelchair accessible?

Yes. Both Montague and Summerside locations are wheelchair accessible, and the Montague Beer Garden includes accessible picnic tables.

Are you open on holidays?

Yes. We are open year-round and only close on Christmas Day and Boxing Day at our Brewery in Montague and Bogside Summerside locations.


Food & Drinks

Do you serve food?

Yes. Both Montague and Summerside feature local kitchens:

  • Famous Peppers Pizza
  • Crafters Smokehouse BBQ

Seasonal kitchens at the Montague Beer Garden include:

  • Hooked Seafood
  • Twisted Taco

Seasonal kitchen at Bogside Glasgow include:

  • Stoked Pizza

 

Do you offer gluten-free options?

Yes. Please see our menu page for more details. We offer gluten-friendly options across our beverages and food menus, including:

  • SNAP Vodka Sodas
  • Bogside Ciders
  • Spark Mocktails
  • BBQ dishes
  • Salads
  • Wings
  • Gluten-free pizza crust options

Please note that some gluten-friendly items may be prepared in shared kitchens, please let the kitchen & bar staff know of your allergies.

Do you have a kids menu?

Yes. We offer kid-friendly meals including burgers, grilled cheese, chicken tenders, garlic fingers, and kid-friendly mocktails.



Events & Entertainment

Do you have live music?

Yes. Live music takes place every Friday and Saturday year-round at Montague and Summerside, plus Sunday afternoons during the summer season.

When is Trivia Night?

Trivia takes place every Tuesday at 6:30 PM in Montague and Summerside. Participation is free and no reservations are required.

When is Music Bingo?

Music Bingo takes place every Wednesday at 6:00 PM at both Montague & Summerside locations. It is free to attend and no reservations are required.

Reservations & Private Events

Can I make a reservation?

We do not take reservations for regular taproom visits because we have plenty of seating available at our Montague & Summerside locations

For large groups or special occasions, please contact us at beer@bogsidebrewing.com.

Do you host weddings?

Yes. We host weddings and private events at both Montague and Summerside locations.

Beer, Cider & SNAP

Where can I buy your products?

You can purchase Bogside products:

  • At all Bogside locations
  • Through our online store
  • At selected PEI Liquor locations
  • At participating restaurants and bars across PEI
  • At the Charlottetown Farmers' Market every Saturday

Do you ship products?

Yes.

PEI Delivery

  • Weekly island-wide delivery is available.

Pickup Orders

  • Pickup is available seven days a week at our Montague Brewery.

Out-of-Province Shipping

  • Minimum order requirements apply.
  • Shipping arrangements are handled directly through our team. Please contact us at beer@bogsidebrewing.com.

Do you sell kegs?

Yes. Kegs of selected beer and SNAP products are available for preorder at our Brewery.  Please contact us at beer@bogsidebrewing.com.

Do you sell growlers?

Yes. Growlers and grunts are available exclusively at the Montague Brewery location only.
